[Alpine-info] Translate strings

I use Alpine in a Swedish context ($LANG=sv_SE.utf8). In the message index view the values in the date column are displayed, as expected, in Swedish. However, when I reply to a mail the attribution line (On Tue May 15 XX wrote:) uses strings in English. How do I make Alpine use localized strings here?
