Hello Everyone,
I guess it would be appropiate to apologize for
my last letter, stating the need for the alpha liner and the Flex-Foot.There
are alot of great feet out there on the market and you should use what is
best for your comfort and lifestyle, for instance,Recently I read an article
from a male ak for whom he stated the vsp was to heavy, and he now uses the
college park foot. the college park foot is in fact a great foot with great
ankle motion and I wish him the best of luck, and if you ran a few steps then
you can run a few more,as far as the vsp goes I truly do agree that it is a
bit on the heavy side and is not for everyone, I use the vsp for running and
the mod III for my everyday leg because it is lightweight and stores more
energy, another foot is the endolite it too is a great foot and
lightweight,so their are alot of great options other than the flex-foot. bye
