         LIMBLESS IN...SEATTLE 1999 HOSTED BY JULIE BROADWELL

         SEPTEMBER 2 - SEPTEMBER 6, 1999 (LABOR DAY WEEKEND)

         Men's registration fee: $250.00 in by June 15, 1999

                 $275.00 in by July 15, 1999
                 $325.00 in by August 15, 1999
                 $375.00 paid on arrival of conference weekend

The registration fee is to cover the cost of the women's travel, hotel,
any food and activities planned.

Ladies need to confirm with me by AUGUST 13, 1999 so I can finalize all
travel arrangements. Please bring spending money: the men are not
obligated to pay for your food, fun, or frolic.

Married Couples registration fee: $100.00 (THEY NEED TO COME TOGETHER)
Registration fee is to cover the cost of food and activities that are
planned.

I do accept a payment plan of the men's fee. All fee's are
non-refundable.
