Neat idea about amputee cycling

With all the interest in amputee and disabled cycling, it would be very
interesting to have both "Bicycling" magazine and "In Motion" or the other
disabled sports magazines try out and review some of these bikes, whether they be
Bike E, hand cycle, or hybrid hand/leg cycles.

I'd bet the disabled-oriented magazines would have excellent perspectives on the
usage and adaptability of these machines, and Bicycling would have great info on
the durability and mechanical reliability of them.

Put the two together, and we could have the "definitive word" on disabled/amputee
cycling. But will they do it unless we ask for it?? Probably not! :)

I am an ex-top amateur bicycle racer (and not an amputee), but I'm going to
contact Bicycling magazine about this. Would someone be interested in contacting
the other mags? I don't have much info on them. Maybe we could team up and
write a killer article!
