Water Leg

My pros guy is making me a water leg for kayaking and to use it for rock
climbing  I will put my flex foot my old one on. but he said for using in the
water for kayaking    he said he will put a stomper foot on it    what is a
stomper foot mean. he also said we might use an iceross liner on it because
he said an iceross line can get wet and not cause blisters like an alpha can

what types of lines have others used for getting wet     I couldn't believe he
said since insurance wont pay for this leg he wont charge for it
