i'm really happy to see you put punctuation in your posts.  It makes it much 
easier to read and understand.  thank you.

try putting A&D cream on your knee to help your rash problems.  make sure 
you are washing your alpha liner daily, and not too mention that you should 
be showering daily.  If it were to get infected, you may be in the 
wheelchair for a considerable time.

what can i put over the skin break down on my knee that wont bother the
alpha liner over the top. I want to try that for tomorrow and if that don't
work i will have to try the manual wheel chair on Tuesday; which wont be
easy because as i said i still have my arm in a cast. know let the perfect
ones on the list flame me rather then give advise there good at that
