  If this shows up twice... its because i HATE AOL sometimes! anyway...I have 
been known to make rather LOUD comments as TAB walk away from their illegally 
parked cars. Yeppers, I say to my son. Ohh no honey they are MENTALLY 
handicapped.... " it makes heads swivel a bit ! not that they move the car 
but it gives me a tiny bit of  satisfaction.
