Dan, totally agree!!
Went to have a CAT Scan at a medical building back in November.
Parked in the H/C space in front of the building with enough room
for my husband to get the wheelchair by the door........as we entered
the building we saw the U.S. Mail truck pull up.....parked in between
the area of our van and the next H/C spot. Was in there for more than
an hour, when we came out the same mail truck, #28 was still in the same
spot and guess what......we couldn't get the wheelchair near enough
to the van for me to get in!!! I WAS NOT wearing my leg. We had to wait
till the carrier came out!! When she did I told her it was a pleasure to
sit, unable to get into my vehicle for the convience of the U.S. mail!!
She just looked at me, didn't apologize and had the nerve to tell me that
she was having lunch with a friend!! HELLO!!! Let's say I went POSTAL!
