I had an interesting experience this afternoon - I was at the post office
and there are two H/C space at the entrance - you park head in the parking
stalls that are in front of the building, with another row across from them
- I get there and both spots are empty for a good reason, a responsible
citizen who wouldn't think of parking in a H/C space had parked her car in
the drive parallel to the parking stalls! (She earned herself her own copy
of "60 seconds is a minute too long"! (Also my crutch's wing nut left a
nasty scratch in the fender as I was leaning over to put it under her
wiper, which incidently let out a loud snap as I pulled it up to insert the
form!)
