 Dianne, a brief note to her supervisor may have made a difference. The calls 
to UPS went unheeded for the most part but I must add that a friend who works 
for UPS called  a super in my vicinity and he called me back ASAP. 
Unfortunately the incident had occured in another town. I did however get a 
call from the super of the driver with a very phoney " he will never do it 
again ' remark.  ANother time i photographed a driver ( UPS) in a HC spot and 
he got out of his truck and told me he could park where he wanted for a quick 
delivery. I was scared but did get out a reply of ' ok and i have the photos 
to prove it with a time stamp on EACH!" then i drove out.. fast ! LOL 
If people do not speak up then nothing will be done. It is a plain and simple 
fact of life.. sad but true!
