 I would have called the police Anita! When i am not pressed for time I have 
done this. I had to do it a few times when some idiot either sqeezed into the 
van access are or parked in the  striped area. i could not get in teh van. 
The cops came, and were writing the ticket when the idiot came out of the 
store. Said idiot started profusely apologizing. ohhh well ! too late! a $100 
ticket later they left rather unhappy!
