unfortunately mo, those things you speak of, are a thing of the past.
you may extend the courtesy,  but i wonder just how often you recieve it back.
fwiw, i also feel the same way, and i try to treat others as i would like to 
be treated, however, honestly, i feel like it's a losing battle.
