Where is ACA?

 Ahahahahahahaaaaa...surely you jest!? :-)  An annual report?  Why that's an absolute luxury isn't it? LOLOL!  Myself and others can't get them to answer a simple question, and you expect a whole report!?
  See, now in the past, I've been given the excuse by various ACA board members and area reps. that, "I need to understand, the ACA is still a new organization," "They went through a  lot of changes when Mary and Ed were ousted as Execs.," and ironically, still 2 years later I am given those same responses as well as "they're experiencing growing pains," as to why things haven't been done and why no one has seen itemized reports on where the $$ has come and gone.

surely the ACA is required to issue an Annual Report?  This would show how
the money is being spent.
