What type of cosmeisis for Bock knee?

I hear about new skin now and a socket that moves with you - lighter plastic
and have always had a standard knee, now want to try a hydrolic, scarey after
20 years to try.   Give me feedback.   I have the foam cover and it makes me 
feel
great looking, but it's a pain with holes etc like weldon says, but have 
never met
a man who wears those kind, usually wears nothing over it.  Angie
