I believe that's Tony Vander <something> (sorry Tony!) from BC, in 
Canada.  He's been extolling the use of Farabloc for some time now.  For 
some time there was a hassle with the US giving it permission to be used in 
the States but I *believe* that's been resolved now.  Tony's certainly got 
a number of satisfied customers from what I've heard.  I have no idea of 
costs involved.  I doubt it's the ultimate answer, but even if it helps 
only a few - it's better than getting "zoned out" on heavy meds IMHO.
