Joe, something similar has been said for years, but there does not seem to be 
anyone willing to dialog on how to approach the problem(s) in some logical 
manner.  What is heard most is self-serving depending upon whom you ask. How 
bad must it get or will it only continue to get worse?  - "The Raise and Fall
