Welcome back, Andrew.  I remember you well from "the good old days" of six 
years ago.

I know that the Cleveland Clinic (home of the miracle doc) has an excellent 
reputation -- on a par with the Mayo Clinic.  I wonder if that guy has an 
equally talented colleague or disciple in the Greater NY area.  If not, the 
Cleveland Clinic is a mere eight-hours away by car.

Seems to be pain was a persistent problem six years ago.  Was that in a 
pre-RSD-diagnosis period?  In retrospect, was what you thought of then as 
phantom pain possibly early RSD?
