Sorry I don't have much of an idea re: your problem. Assuming and 
hoping there is no 'medical' cause, I recall someone in Tallahassee 
using 00 gelatin caps and putting red pepper in them. They put the 
capsules in their shoes and claimed it kept their feet warm.

Senator Wellstone was a friend of the O&P industry, having been 
instrumental in recently obtaining four new K-Codes for gel inserts.
