Reposting for Volunteers needed for questionnaire

Hello,

My name is Angie Williams and I am a prosthetic resident looking for
volunteers to participate in filling out my research project
questionnaire. The purpose of this project is to answer the research
question, "From your point of view, how useful is your prosthesis in
allowing you to accomplish your required duties at work?" 

 

Who may participate in this study? 

 
Please take part if you are:

1) 21 years or older, 
2) employed and use your prosthesis while performing your duties at work
without the use of a wheelchair, 
3) obtained a lower limb amputation due to trauma, disease, or an
infection, 
4) your prosthesis is comfortable and you feel your health is good; you
meet the requirements to volunteer in this study.
