As is custom I should reintroduce myself from time to time,

My name is Dan and in February 2002 I underwent the  Ertl Osteomyoplastic Lower Extremity Amputation Reconstruction Technique. Since that time I have tried to hit the ground running, as it were. I have just completed a  52 day 3800 mile cycle trip across America. It was a wonderful experience that I was able to share with many of you via my website www.ampu-cycle.com  Thank you for your support and emails I received while on the road.  They reminded me that my trip was more about others than just my self. .
 Only home for  12 days I  received a call asking me to get back on the bike. This time leading an all amputee team across Europe. What fun and a great opportunity to demonstrate to the world that with life goes on after limb loss. So if you want to cycle and are willing to train and meet certain criteria, please let me know of your interest.
