Update:

I wanted to update the earlier material I sent on
typing with two suggestions that
other's have e mailed to me.

1.  Use templates. Set up templates for all
routine stuff

2. go to www.naturalpoint.com
<http://www.naturalpoint.com>.
They have mouses which are easier to use than
regular mouses. Also, Although I just use a
trackball mouse with my feet, I have learned that
there are specific "foot mouses" available, which
might be easier for some people.
