Modification of the Alpha Liner Carbon or other hazardous materials

All this talk of working with carbon to strengthen liners is starting to get 
of some concern.  The material itself is very, very, hazardous.  It should not 
be treated without respect.  Microscopically the fibers are double barbed and 
can anchor into skin or mucous surfaces like barbed wire.  In addition it is 
similar to asbestos, so working with it requires safety conditions.  
Reinforced materials such as these in a stable, confined state may appear safer, but 
when you cut them the fibers can be free to fly like a dandelion.  Protect you 
body, including hands, and eyes accordingly, in addition to storing the 
material away from potential innocent people.
