Ruth, if you would set up your email to sort out the Amp-L email and park it
into a separate folder, I think you might solve your problem. If you are
using Outlook Express, you can find this feature under "Tools", the line
called "Message Rules". Its easy to do once you have worked with it a little
bit, a sort of SQL data base techniques feature. Then all of your Amp-L
messages will be automatically deposited into a folder you've created and
you can then read them just by moving down the list with the "next" button.
