HP parking

I am guilty of using a HP spot and not really be hurting that day BUT  I will not take the last handicap spot.  If there are no other spaces available I will walk further than take that space from someone in a wheelchair or some one who needs it more than me BUT I have not waited in the car while someone runs in for me.  My friends are real lazy   I have to drop them at the door LOL  HA HA HA HA HA
