Hi Belinda  great that you found us but sorry you have to be one of us.  You are not alone.  I am not close(alabama) but I am only a click away.  you will find with this group there are many of u sthat have the same emotions and feelings as you.  No mater haow crazy or simple something is if you want to talk about it there will be someone here ready.  bring us your tears and fears and we will tear and fear with you but we also smile laugh and make jokes with you too. OH  I am a BKA for 5 yrs now and I love to talk so let the group hear more from you.

  Just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Belinda and I am 25.  I received a chopart amputation in 1999 due to a benign tumor in my foot.  I don't know anyone that is an amputee and I am very excited to talk to you all who are going through the same thing as me.  My life changed drastically and sometimes I feel like I'm alone in this eventhough I have my family and there are other amputees out there.  Wondering also if there is anyone on the list from New Mexico.  Thanks!
