Jean, until some evidence based research is done we will never know  if you 
were cheated or not.
 
I do not think lobbying by AOPA and the ACA is going to provide the  hard 
facts, that only comes from needed research, that the insurance companies  and 
prescribing physicians are wanting.
 
I feel we are getting ready to turn the page to the next  microprocessor knee 
and start the process all over again.
