Hello.   

We are sending you this email to invite you to participate in an on-
line web survey. The study aims  to examine amputation  and 
prosthesis satisfaction. The study has been screened and approved by 
the School of Psychological Sciences Research  Ethics Committee (The 
University of Manchester,  UK). In addition we sought and were given 
permission by the moderator of  the group to advertise  this study. 

We shall be collecting data for a short period, and will provide 
feedback to the  discussion group when the research is complete. We 
would be grateful for as many people to  participate as possible.
