Growing TAB sport, old to us

Our newspaper has a large article this morning on the new TAB sport, Ski 
Bikes. Instead of wheels, skis, and handlebars and seat intact. Sounds like 
a sit-ski to me.  Apparently they're much used at Colorado resorts such as 
Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. The article, written by Allen 
Holder for the Kansas City Star, apparently, says ski bikes sell new for 
about $990. Article is not on my paper's website, so I went to KCStar.com. 
Not there either, but right advertising column has ad for BMX version of 
these snow bikes.  I think they're less than $200 new.
