[AMP-L] TEC Harmony (2003 model) problem

I have tape holding on my Alps sleeve and it is driving me nuts.  Why?
This was a 16,000.00 leg and the only way to get the vacuum system to
work is to tape down the bottom of the Alps sleeve to the socket. There
has to be a ring clamp or something better than this. Yet again this
morning I see the tape has slipped off from pulling the sleeve down.  A
good thing I didn't go out today on my trips, 20 miles to Sea biscuit's
Ranch in Willits, without noticing this so I can get my roll of elasic
tape out.
