Hi Tony:
 
 Some times it is the Liner at the bottom as you shrink.  I found if they
install a little valve to release the trapped air, it will not do that (
fart sound   <http://cdn-cf.aol.com/se/smi/0201e030a2/01>  )  and it keeps
the leg on better.
