I use an older model ALPS Easyliner, and also an ALPS suspension sleeve.

I like the easyliner. The model I'm using is 6mm tapered, I think, with no fabric, and no pin.

It's great for relieving shear forces on my skin. I use cornstarch baby powder inside (and sometimes diaper rash cream) for the areas around the knee that need to bend.

I can get a rash when exercising in hot weather - I have to remove leg, dry my skin, and re-don leg every 15-20 miles when biking in heat. I think the rash is from salty sweat + heat + airtight environment. The liner tolerates a fair amount of sweat inside, and rarely loses grip on my skin (unlike some other liner that I've used).

90% alcohol is one of the items I use for cleaning this liner.
