Thanks Herb,

I was beginning to think I was the only amputee that ever had a knee
replaced on my sound(?) leg.

I'm 53.  My operation was Aug. 27, '07 so it has been almost 8 months.  The
knee is not pain free, but it is improving a little everyday.  I have good
flexibility, but it's not very strong yet.  I think by next season I should
be OK if I take it easy.  However, taking it easy on the slope has never
been my strong point.
