Hey Richard;  Your doing just great!  But I would strongly echo  Jim's 
caution to .... Be Careful!  It is very easy to get overconfident,  particularly 
when your full of vim and vigor.  
 
I would also agree with Jim regarding the phantom pain.  For me it was  
strong early on and was a real "pain in the .... foot".  Over time, a year  or so, 
it lessened and then after a few years it would just come and go on  occasion. 
  
 
Glad to see your a golfer.  It is a great game.
