Of course is made harder for us by the insurers who want to cut deals and
so have all the say of whom we see.  I think the worst part is how
medical and O&P conspire to keep us from communicating together.  I want
to set up an amputee support group up here in N. CA but it is nigh
impossible because the surgeons and the O&P won't refer amps.  They see
our grouping as "bitching" sessions and they want full control of the the
medical and tech information that they disperse. 

But I keep trying through my web address and other media.
