[AMP-L] Phantom Pain

I wrote an essay on this, have misplaced it, and will post it when I
find it. I'm a RAK, and have been since 1968 when I was 20. It took me
20 years to figure this out, and I'm positive it will help some, if not
all. Too much salt for 2 days or better will give me Phantom pains.
Theory?: swollen cells from salt retention pressure nerves triggering
pain. And here's the big news, "I NEVER get phantom pains unless it is
preceded by a day/usually two of eating too much salt. To check this
for yourselves, note while or after having an attack, what you had eaten
during the past day or two, and whether it was salty or not. For me,
that is always the case--no exceptions. If I have a reasonable salt
intake on a regular basis and keep hydrated to eliminate excess sodium,
never do I get a pain; and again, it took me 20 years to discover this
phenomenon. More clarification when I find my old essay. Best, Ray Spicer
