Okay, grab your notepads, becasue I have info just about falling out
my..well, let's not get into it.

1) I have decreased the number of general meetings to ONE per month. This
is not because I don't want to see y'all, but because I have pity for your
free time.
So what will happen is the FIRST meeting of the month will be general, and
the others will either be planning-specific or a discussion/info group.

2) Everything, and I do mean everything, will be sent to you guys. All
announcements, all notes of the previous meetings, all opinions,
everything, will be sent via the listserv.

3) The following topics were suggested as possible disucssion topics.
What I would like is for you to pick your top three and email me by next
Tuesday (that's the 16th):
	a) childcare access
	b) abortion
	c) birth control
	d) equality issues in relationships
	e) economic issues

If you have any other ideas for discussion topics let me know.

4) A planning meeting for Roe will be happening Friday (the 12th)
afternoon at 3:30.
This means that I will be in my office from 3:00 to 6:00; if you are interested in Roe come at 3:30 and we'll officially
meet. If you can't make the meeting but want to be involved, please
CONTACT ME BY FRIDAY. On
Saturday I will post a list of decisions reached or ones that need input
and you all can weigh in on those.

5) I am looking into speakers for History of Women's Sexuality event. My
favorite right now is Susie Bright, but I have no idea if this is
possible. PLease let me know the names of anyone you feel would be a good
speaker for this event.

6) For the Roe event, I'm looking for people who would be good
facilitators/leaders for the discussion groups on the second night. This
will involve being able to lead the discussions and keep them perking
along nicely. If you know of anyone who would be good for this, let me
know.

7) Also for Roe, I'm looking for speakers for the first night's forum.
Let me know if you know of someone good.

8) It was suggested at today's meeting that the Roe event focus on
education as well as the forum/discussion. This is a great idea and I'd
like to talk to anyone who wants to table outside the HUB or otherwise
hand out AB info. Also would like info on what you think would be a
useful way to go about this.

9) I would just like to close by saying that I, too, worship at the church
of Gillian.

Thanks,
Meghan Eagen
Director
