WAC's Student Senate seat

[ASUW Womens Action Coalition]

Hey there all you fabu women --

WAC has a voting seat on Student Senate.  This is the organization that
makes recommendations to the ASUW about policies, etc., and is probably
the most diverse (in terms of variety of campus groups) governing
organization on campus.

The meetings are every Tuesday at 5:00 (I'll double-check that; it's
either 5:00 or 5:15) in Gowen Hall.  If anyone is interested in serving as
WAC representative, please let me know.  Along with a fascinating look at
parliamentary procedure, it'll be something to stick ona resume and is a
good way to advocate for women students.

Ariel currently serves as Ruckus' rep, so if you have any questions please
check with her as she is more informed than I.
