Hey everyone!
Hope everyone had a good long weekend.
At this week's meeting, we're going to be discussing primarily programming
ideas for March and May. If you have anything to add to the discussion,
please try and make it to the meeting (Wednesday, 5 PM, HUB 201). Also,
this will be Shannon's last meeting before she leaves for Spain for a
month (sob!) so come and wish her farewell!
The agenda is as follows:
Agenda/Items to discuss
1. Programming:
--Diversity Fair: Please sign up with me if you can table (Tuesday,
Feb. 6, 1-3 PM, HUB East Ballroom)
--V-Day: Feb. 20, 22, 7 PM, Kane Hall 130
--Advertisement examples available. Will begin advertising
early/mid-next week.
--Auditions: Monday, Jan. 22. Time? Location?
--Off campus with Vagina Monologues: Any more info? (Amy?)
--Home Alive: Date TBA
--Working on establishing contact again with Christien. (Andreaany
contact?)
--March/May events:
