Subject: Equity Pay Day Planning Meeting

Hi everyone,

As everyone knows, Equity Pay Day (April 16) is coming up fast, as are finals and Spring Break.

In light of this, I'd like to have another planning meeting later this week  I'd like to discuss what, exactly, will be going on at the rally, and how everyone can get their organizations mobilized.  I'd also love to hear everyone's questions, suggestions, and concerns.

I'm tentatively going to schedule this meeting for Thursday, the 14th, at 1:30.  How does this work for people, generally?  If you personally cannot attend, then could you send a representative from your organization?
