[ASUW Women's Action Commission]

All,

Please forward to students in your departments who may be interested.

ASUW- your student government is presenting the bands OAR and As Fast As in 
concert next Monday, Oct. 31!

If you like OAR and/or As Fast As, come and volunteer! We are looking for 
volunteers to help unload/load sound and stage equipment, run errands, help 
with backstage duties and freshening up break rooms.

IF YOU VOLUNTEER FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS, YOU ARE ADMITTED TO THE CONCERT 
FREE!!!

Backstage Shift hours on October 31 are:
6 people from 9:30 to 11 am
15 people from 11 am to 2:30 pm
6 people from 2:30 to 3:30 pm
3 people from 3:30 to 6:30 pm
6 people from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
20 people from 9:30 to 11:30 pm

If your schedule is open during any of those times, and you are willing and 
able to volunteer, please contact Trevor Whiton at algernon at u.washington.edu, 
or ASUW Arts & Entertainment at asuwae1 at u.washington.edu.

Catering and Break Room shifts on Oct. 31 are:
3 people from 9 to 11 am
2 people from 11 am to 6 pm
5 people from 9 to 11:30 pm
