[AWWA-WEF] AWWA-WEF Student Chapter Meeting - Thursday, Jan 14th (Important)

Sorry for spamming everyone on the maillist.  I unfortunately won't be able
to attend Thursday's meeting because I'll be out of town.  I will say
however, that I approve of the current Constitution and Bylaws.
