Steering committee to discuss ratification of the new constitution
We will meet this Thursday at 5:30 at  Mary Gates Hall Commons 

We will be having an informal steering committee meeting to discuss the ratification of the new constitution.  We need to act fast. Per University Registered Club Organization administration (otherwise known as RSO), we will need to ratify and submit the new constitution before October 31st. We also need to adopt the new constitution to allow for officer elections held this fall. This meeting will focus on developing strategies on how to proceed with the ratification process.

Everyone is welcome to attend. After the meeting, bring your board if you want to play a game or two. Otherwise, come and stop by the chess club booth during Dawg-Days. The activities fair takes place in Red Square on Thursday, September 30 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
