The Washington Class Championship is Washington's second largest annual event and is being held this weekend, Friday-Sunday, November 24-26 at North Seattle Community College.
If you are looking to get involved in USCF-rated tournaments and organized chess in Seattle, then this would be a great event to attend.
The pdf flyer and other information is available at www.nwchess.com

For me and other top players, chess is an art.
Art and chess are just different fields, in which
the same poetry finds expression. You enter the creative
process and attempt to arrive at a certain point.
You cannot express what you seek in words,
but you seek.

World Chess Champion
