[Dhsvm-users] Luce files

As suggested, I downloaded Luce's files with PC instructions from the DHSVM
TOOLS webpage.

The files

PC_Instructions and Changes_to_AMLs both apear to be corrupted and will not
open.


If anyone has a text version or non-corrupted version could you please send it
to me
