What is the best approach to compile this source code using MS Visual Studio?

Yes, you will need to compile the source code. I believe the rest of the
dataset should be fine because it was developed on a linux computer with the
same byte order as the pc.

I downloaded the following: rainy_test_dhsvm3r2.tar.gz ( DHSVM 3 r2 version).
What is the simple procedure to run the DHSVM model using this dataset from
the destop pc? Do I need to reprocess this dataset and recompile the source
code? I am interested in evaluating this model. Thanks.
