[Dhsvm-users] problem about the program FILL_SINKS_DHSVM.c

I have never gotten this program to work for me, has anyone been
successful in running it? Are there any alternatives? I appear to have
areas in my DHSVM models where flow is collecting on the surface, and
surface storage is building over time. I assume that this is due to the
DEM not being correctly filled
