[Dhsvm-users] problems about filling sinks and mask file

      with everyone's instructions, I have run the DHSVM 2.0 with tutorial file download fro UW. Now, I try to use my data to run the mode. I meet some problems as follow: 1) was the mask file generated from the filled DEM through Arcinfo workstation? 2) Through reading the webside: http://www.hydro.washington.edu/Lettenmaier/Models/DHSVM/faqs.shtml, there is a  FILL_SINKS_DHSVM.c flie in this webside. TheFILL_SINKS_DHSVM.c is used to fill sinks in the DEM in a manner similar to the ArcInfo algorithm(8 nearest neighbors), using only the 4 nearest neighbors. I don‘t know how to use this file and the difference between DEM filled by FILL_SINKS_DHSVM.c and DEM filled by arcinfo or arcgis. 3)  If there is  a difference between  DEM filled by FILL_SINKS_DHSVM.c and DEM filled by arcinfo or arcgis, is the mask file generated from the filled DEM through Arcinfo workstation right?
 4) how to calculate the incoming longwave radiation based on the existing meteorological data such as temperature, relative humidity.
