Hey English majors!

Are you looking to get your work published? The Daily is looking for student work to showcase in 
ThursdayÕs intermission, the weekly arts and entertainment section.
We are accepting submissions of poems (40 lines or fewer), short stories (1,000 words or fewer) and other 
writing samples. All submissions will be considered, though we regret that not all may be published.

Please submit your original completed works to arts at thedaily.washington.edu as a .doc file. If you have 
any questions please call The Daily at 206-543-2700.
