Not possible! The English Department Writing Center is not about
"getting help" -- it's about collaboration and the powerful creative
energy it generates. Even the most advanced writers benefit from
working with perceptive, expert tutors at the English Department
Writing Center.

That’s why our tutors often sign up to work with each other on papers of
their own, though the majority are honors English majors. They’ve
learned that collaborative thinking is more dynamic than solitary
reflection, because ideas gather momentum as you discuss them with an
interested reader. Bring in your prompt, brainstorm, or freewrite and
talk about where your ideas might lead. Bring in your draft at any
stage and talk about what’s working now, what you might improve, and how.

We guarantee you'll leave with fresh insights and energy to apply to
your writing!
