A representative from IE3 Global Internships will be providing an
information session on Friday, May 11 from noon to 1 p.m. in the IP+E (459
Schmitz) for students interested in these international opportunities.

IE3 Global Internships provides internship placements at non-profit
organizations, educational institutions, and private-sector companies around
the globe.  UW students have participated in internships ranging from the
Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama, to the East African
Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children in Kenya, to Chateau de
Touffou in France.  See website for more details:

UW Students can:

*be concurrently enrolled through the Office of International Programs and
Exchanges, maintaining their UW student status
*earn UW resident credit
*access their UW financial aid
*be eligible for merit-based scholarships
